Soak the natural bath sponge for 15 or 2 minutes each week using a mixture of 1 tablespoon of baking soda per cup of water. Then rinse and air dry. Baking soda not only thoroughly cleans the sponge, but also activates the cell structure of the sponge to increase its durability.
