Inside the barn or shed, plan at least 50 square feet per pig. Ideally, the piggery would be twice as wide. An 8 x 16 foot pen is sufficient so that the two feeder pigs can stretch their legs. Pigs raised indoors should be protected from ventilation, but should also be well ventilated.
