Do ants have reproductive organs?

In the majority of ants, workers develop a decrease in the reproductive organs, with some of the structures of both somatic and germline removed. Only in a few genera (9 out of 283) workers lost their reproductive organs altogether.

Therefore, ants (and all other insects) are completely lung-deficient. Instead, ants breathe through a series of tubes called the trachea.
